The right care when trauma strikes

Saving lives when every second counts
Highway crashes, natural disasters, ATV and gun accidents are common causes of trauma in our region.
In rural Pennsylvania, rough terrain and long distances can slow emergency response times. And when the unthinkable happens, the window of time between life and death is often cut short.
That’s why enhancing small town trauma care, easing the burden on families and improving care for  critically-injured patients is key to saving more lives in our small communities.

Sixty-percent of all trauma deaths in the United States occur in rural areas., “About Rural Health in America”

  • Williamsport Regional Airport, Montoursville
  • Goodwill Fire Department, Minersville
