Hitting the road for good nutrition
Teaching the region how healthy habits fuel the body
It seems like every time you turn on the television, someone is talking about healthy food choices.
Eat plenty of this. Don’t even think about eating that.
But good nutrition is more than working in a few salads here and there. It’s about facing unhealthy habits. And understanding how small food and behavior changes each day can make a big difference in your quality of life.
Foods eaten away from home often have more calories and lower nutritional quality than home-cooked meals.
