Devan's story

Devan moved to Pennsylvania with his family in 2001 - and his chronic renal failure quickly progressed.

He received specialized treatment at Geisinger’s Janet Weis Children’s Hospital, and underwent a kidney tranplant the following year - serving as one of the first pediatric patients to benefit from Geisinger’s robotic-assisted surgery.

Today, he is a healthy teen.
