FIRST-EVER MIRACLE MINI GOLF TOURNAMENT RAISES MORE THAN $2,000
MUNCY – The first-ever Miracle Miniature Golf Tournament was held Sept. 8 at Hoopla’s Family Fun Center located at 1277 Lycoming Mall Circle.
Seventeen teams competed for a cash prize and bragging rights to be the best miniature golfers in the area. More than $2,000 was raised to support the KISS for KIDS Radiothon benefiting Children’s Miracle Network at Geisinger.
The team of David Showers, Vincent Bender, Jared Bender and Tyler Meehan took first prize.
The funds raised by this event will help to provide pediatric equipment, programs and services at Janet Weis Children’s Hospital and throughout Geisinger Health System.
