Geisinger's division of Obstetrics and Gynecology provides complete care, as well as a wide range of inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and treatment regimens, including evaluation for problems relating to endocrinology, premenstrual syndrome and menopause.
For women with gynecological cancer, we provide a full range of services, from evaluation to the latest National Cancer Institute treatment protocols.
Infertility patients have access to services ranging from induction of ovulation to in vitro fertilization and a donor egg program through our fertility center.
In addition, the division's clinical expertise includes family-centered care for normal as well as the most advanced care for high-risk pregnancies. We provide expert care for both the short-stay mother and baby after a normal delivery and the high-risk mother and critically ill baby.
Maternal-fetal medicine specialists are also available for prenatal consultation for women concerned with future pregnancies or genetic issues. Other areas of expertise and special programs include adolescent gynecology, family planning, gynecologic urology and menopause transition management.
