Epidemiology, Genetics, and Pathophysiology
A CME Accredited Symposium
Aneurysm pathogenesis and related risk factors including genetics will be the focus of this symposium which emphasizes scientific and clinical collaborations to improve diagnostic and treatment protocols. Scientific sessions covering epidemiology, screening, animal models, genetics/genomics and pathobiology of abdominal aortic aneurysms, as well as a comparison of abdominal aortic to intracranial aneurysms will offer evidence-based perspectives and their implications for new treatment paradigms.
