You will receive a full refund if canceling more than 1 week out from the conference date.  To cancel, please email innovconf@geisinger.edu; we will not accept cancellations over the phone.  There are no refunds for cancellations within 1 week of the conference, and no refunds for no-shows.  In lieu of a refund, you can opt to have your registration transferred to one of the future sessions of the same conference.
