MyVisit Express Step 5 You now are nearing the end of the MyVisit check-in process. Information confirmation You may be asked to confirm your insurance, contact and emergency information to continue your MyVisit Express check-in. If your information has changed or is incorrect, you will be directed to a screen where you can update the inaccurate information. After your information is confirmed, the appointment for which you are checking in will be displayed. Authorization forms You may also need to sign the standard authorization forms. This step can be completed by using the signature pad and attached "pen" located on the kiosk. Check-in confirmation Lastly, MyVisit will confirm once again that you are checked in for your appointment and will ask you to take a seat in the waiting area.
