Patient Satisfaction & Experience

Geisinger Health System is committed to providing you and your family with the best possible patient experience, each and every time you visit us.

Like most, if not all, other hospitals in the U.S., we use a national, standardized survey, called the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS), to get your feedback on the quality of our patient care. By using this standardized survey we can easily compare our results to those of other hospitals, learning where and how we can improve.
