To request an appointment with a Geisinger physician you can:

• Call CareLink at 1-800-275-6401 or locally at (570) 271-6000. CareLink operates 7 am - 9 pm, 7 days a week.

• Submit an online Appointment Request Form to us over the Internet. This form is not intended for urgent appointments or for appointments you may need within 48 hours.  If this is an emergency, call 911 or go to your local emergency room.
