To that end, we offer online billing, a system that lets you view your billing statements using your personal computer. We know that your medical bill and insurance details can get confusing. Our goal to make the process as easy as possible for everyone. Use the red button below to create or log into your personal Geisinger online billing account and view your billing statements. when can i view my bill?

Geisinger produces its billing statements using an alphabetical schedule based on your last name. For example, patients whose last names start with A-BEJ will be able to see their statement online by the 7th of the month. Patients whose last names start with L-MARI will be able to see their statement online by the 18th of the month. Patients whose last names start with WHITF-Z will be able to see their statement online by the 29th of the month. Please Note: 

  • Please be advised that any patient who attempts to establish an account for online viewing and who did not receive a billing statement in the mail will get an error message stating "the account number you entered could not be found" when they attempt to create an account. This is because we did not produce a bill for that patient.
