| | Method of Evaluation | The fellow will meet formally at least twice yearly with the program director to review his/her progress, strengths, and weaknesses as reflected by ongoing monthly evaluations using the E-value online evaluation system. Likewise, the fellow will have an opportunity on a monthly basis to evaluate various training opportunities, rotations, residents, and faculty.
