REI fellows have the opportunity to teach junior fellows, residents and third and fourth year medical students. This occurs both on a formal basis via monthly didactic lectures and on an informal basis at the bedside, in the OR, and in the clinic. Fellows also prepare and present a grand rounds during the course of their training at Geisinger.
