Rotations consist of one month assignments to GI procedures, GI lab (includes manometry, pH studies, percutaneous liver biopsies and capsule endoscopy), consults, and nutrition. Research is assigned in one month blocks and as requested during the academic year. Electives include pathology (1/2 month), radiology (1/2 month), pediatric gastroenterology (1-2 months), and liver transplantation (one month in the third year).  Separate hepatology and gastroenterology continuity clinics are held each week. The nutrition rotation includes malnutrition, high-risk obesity, and tube feeding clinics.
