The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a new residency program. We are currently seeking ASHP accreditation and participate in the ASHP Resident Matching Program.

The applicant must submit:

1. A letter of intent
2. A curriculum vitae
3. Pharmacy school transcripts
4. Three letters of recommendation
5. A Geisinger Health System application form.

Also required are a Pharm.D. or equivalent degree (from an ACPE-accredited school or college) and/or experience and to be licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The deadline for application is January 15. The residency begins July 1 and ends June 30. Individual interviews are required and are scheduled by invitation.
