Curriculum
Rotations are four weeks long. Most rotations are repeated yearly allowing residents to continually build on their knowledge and skills. All rotations are on-site.  There is in-house physics instruction.

  • Pediatric radiology
  • Nuclear medicine
  • Neuro MRI
  • Body MRI
  • Neuro CT

  • Angiography/interventive radiology
  • PET/CT
  • Cardiovascular imaging

AFIP (Armed Forces Institute of Pathology) Rotation; All residents attend AFIP in their 3rd year of residency. Geisinger pays the tuition and gives each resident $2,000 toward living expenses while at AFIP.
