Program time line

The residency program offers rolling admission. Interested candidates may apply at any time. Classes begin August and January of each year. May graduates will be considered for August year-long class, August graduates will be considered for January year-long class.

Admission requirements

• Graduate of an ARC-PA approved PA program
• NCCPA certification or eligible
• Pennsylvania license or eligible
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Curriculum vitae
• Unofficial or official PA program transcripts
• Copies of BLS and ACLS certification cards
• Personal narrative
• Completion of phone and on-site personal interview
• Successful completion of Geisinger credentialing process
