Medical Surgical Nursing

Patient care is a true reflection of caring and adaptation – patient education, pain management, interventions to restore or maintain physical health, and recognizing and utilizing tools to help patients and families address psychosocial and spiritual needs.  

Medical surgical nursing cares for patients with acute and/or chronic health conditions of any body system. Medical surgical nursing uses a holistic approach to meet the needs of the patient and family.
