Located near Hershey, Pennsylvania the Lebanon VA has a variety of care including acute and specialty care, behavioral health care, extended care, home and community care, and primary care

Serving as the main medical center for veterans in northeastern and central Pennsylvania, as well as southern New York, this campus has been providing veterans with medical services for over 50 years. Services include: primary care, specialty care, women’s health, pharmacy, visual impairment services, and geriatrics and extended care. If distance and location are problems for veterans, there are six community-based outpatient clinics as listed below.

Located in Lehigh County, out-patient services in Allentown cover Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Montgomery, Monroe, Northampton and Schuylkill counties as well as Hunterdon and Warren counties in New Jersey.

Located in Columbia County in partnership with Alley Medical Center, Berwick offers the following features: new patient enrollment/eligibility, primary care clinic, diagnostic testing (lab), office procedures and referral center, preventative medical care, substance abuse info/referral, immunizations, social work services, tele-psychiatry, tele-nutrition and prescriptions.

The Bangor (Northampton County) site offers primary care as well as comprehensive preventative healthcare management.

Bradford County offers a clinic in Sayre, PA with services such as diagnostic testing (laboratory, X-ray), enrollment/eligibility, immunizations, mental health, nutrition, optometry, podiatry, primary care clinic, psychiatry, social work, tele-psychology, veteran’s benefits and women’s health.

Located in Monroe County, the Tobyhanna clinic provides the following services to veterans: primary care clinic, enrollment/eligibility, diagnostic testing (lab), mental health clinic, readjustment counseling, substance abuse information and referral, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) counseling, and prescriptions.

The Lycoming County clinic, located in Williamsport is found on the Divine Providence Hospital campus. The following services are available: primary care services, enrollment/eligibility, diagnostic testing (lab), substance abuse information/referral, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) counseling, immunizations, social work services, psychiatry, tele-nutrition and prescriptions.
