All Veterans should enroll through Veteran Affairs to know the full extent of their benefits. There are several ways in which you can enroll; in person at the nearest VA Medical Center or Clinic, over the phone by calling 1.877.222.8387, by mailing the 10-10EZ form and signed application to your local VA Medical Center or clinic, or electronically at https://www.1010ez.med.va.gov/sec/vha/1010ez/.

If you chose to see a civilian physician, as opposed to a VA physician, please be sure they are aware of your military status and service.
