CAMP HILL, Pa. – Geisinger Holy Spirit will host a “New Year, New You” event addressing chronic bone, joint and spine pain on Saturday, Jan. 13. The free event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital auditorium, 503 N. 21st St., Camp Hill.
The earlier chronic pain is addressed, the more effectively it can be treated. Geisinger Holy Spirit providers will discuss various types of pain along with treatment and management techniques. The event will also include a sports safety presentation with injury prevention tips for children as the spring sports season kicks off. Vendors will offer additional health and wellness information, retail shopping opportunities and door prizes.

10:35 a.m. Understanding Finger, Hand and Wrist Pain, presented by Jyoti Sharma, M.D., Geisinger Holy Spirit Orthopaedics
11:10 a.m. Prevention and Treatment for Pediatric Sports Injuries, presented by Meagan Fernandez, D.O., Geisinger Holy Spirit Orthopaedics
