Family Medicine Physician joins Geisinger Gray’s Woods

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Trevor S. Smith DO, FAAFP, a Family Medicine Physician board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine has joined the staff at Geisinger Gray’s Woods. Dr. Smith provides routine care as well as the treatment of common illnesses and injuries.
Dr. Smith completed medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011 and completed his residency at the Scott Air Force Base - Saint Louis University Family Medicine Residency as the Chief Resident in 2014.
Dr. Smith spent the next 4 years as an Associate Professor and Faculty member through the Uniformed Services Military Medical School where he trained residents in Inpatient, ICU, Obstetrics, and Outpatient Medicine.
He is a professional member of the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Heart Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Surgeons.
