Geisinger becomes the first member of Risant Health

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Neurophysiologist Dr. Benjamin Bradley Pollock, a board-certified neurologist, has joined Geisinger and is seeing patients in State College and Lewistown. He will also see patients in Geisinger Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with a special focus on neurophysiology. 
 
Dr. Pollock earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh and received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in neurology at the West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia, and then moved to Hershey, Pennsylvania, and completed a neurophysiology fellowship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. 
 
Dr. Pollock is a professional member of the American Headache Society, the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic medicine and the American Academy of Neurology.
 
Dr. Pollock conducts evaluations to characterize behavioral and cognitive changes resulting from central nervous system disease or injury, like Parkinson's disease or other movement disorders. He also sees patients with strokes, Alzheimer's disease and traumatic brain injuries
