CAMP HILL, Pa.Geisinger Holy Spirit will host a free info session on diabetes and heart disease on Monday, Nov. 26, at 4 p.m. at the Dillsburg Area Public Library, 204 Mumper Lane, Dillsburg.

Heart disease, along with stroke, is the most common cause of death in adults with diabetes, but some lifestyle modifications can help manage diabetes and lower the risk of developing heart disease. The session is free, but space is limited. To register, visit geisinger.org/events, email GHSEvents@geisinger.edu, or call 717-972-4289. Preregistered guests will receive a Geisinger Holy Spirit gift bag at check-in.

The final “Spirit of Health” session for the year will be held Dec. 10, featuring Aditya Sharma, M.D. For information, visit geisinger.org/events.
