KINGSTON, Pa. — Rural family medicine practitioner Brent Keen, M.D., joins the Geisinger 65 Forward Health Center team in Kingston. Geisinger 65 Forward is a health care program designed exclusively for people age 65 and over where patients get longer appointments, more on-site health services and social, educational and wellness activities.

He completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Family Medicine. Since 2018, he has served as an attending physician at Banner Medical Group.

“I’m thrilled to join a program that is making better health easier for their communities,” said Dr. Keen. “I’m dedicated to helping my patients live fuller, healthier lives and excited to continue providing care alongside the Geisinger 65 Forward team.”
