Geisinger Urology Department to Host Vasectomy Event
Patients must meet eligibility requirements:
• Must be over age 24
• Cannot be on blood thinners but nurses will identify this after a questionnaire is completed
This minor surgery is considered the best form of birth control, next to abstinence. The procedure is completed in the urologist’s office and recovery after post-op is completed at home.
