LIFE Geisinger Kulpmont to hold open house May 21

DANVILLE, Pa. – LIFE Geisinger at 1100 Spruce St. in Kulpmont will hold an open house Wednesday, May 21, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

People age 55 and older can continue to live independently with help from LIFE Geisinger, which offers medical oversight and care, transportation to medical appointments, home care including laundry, light housekeeping and grocery shopping, and an opportunity for socialization at LIFE Geisinger centers.

LIFE Geisinger participants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be age 55 or older
• Meet eligibility criteria for nursing facility level of care
• Be able to live safely at home with services from LIFE Geisinger
• Live in one of the following counties: Columbia, Juniata, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Schuylkill or Snyder
