Christopher B. Sullivan

Christopher B. Sullivan was appointed to the Geisinger Health Board of Directors in December 2013. He is chair of the Finance Committee and serves on the Audit and Compliance and Governance committees as well as the Investment Subcommittee of the board. Additionally, Mr. Sullivan has been a member of the board of directors for Geisinger Health Plan, Geisinger Quality Options Inc., and Geisinger Indemnity Insurance Company since September 2012.

Mr. Sullivan is chairman and CEO of Primus Technologies Corp., a leading electronic manufacturing services provider to Fortune 500 companies in aerospace, defense, medical and industrial controls industries. Previously, he served as vice president of business development and vice president of operations, where he led optimization of the company’s processes with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Quality initiatives. Before joining Primus Technologies, Mr. Sullivan raised and managed $200 million at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s private client services group. He began his career with American Power Conversion, where he served as district manager of the firm’s four-state region based in Denver, Colo.

Mr. Sullivan is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Bucknell University, the Geisinger-Bucknell Autism and Developmental Medicine Institute Advisory Council and the Bucknell Business Advisory Board. Mr. Sullivan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University, his MBA from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and attended Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program.
