Geisinger Medication Assisted Treatment Programs - Bloomsburg, Wilkes-Barre and Williamsport
 
As part of Pennsylvania’s Centers of Excellence grant to help stop opioid abuse, Geisinger is opening Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinics in local service areas. Patients may be referred by a physician or may self-refer by calling the clinics directly.

The Wright Center
 
Located in Scranton, Pa, The Wright Center was recently named a Center of Excellence (COE) and is open to serve more than 300 patients who have opioid use disorders. CleanSlate Addiction Treatment Centers
 
CleanSlate Addiction Treatment Centers is an outpatient addiction treatment program that focuses on medication-assisted treatment for opioid addicted patients. Too often, unused and expired prescriptions end up in the hands of young children or teenagers. To stop this from happening, Geisinger has installed medication disposal boxes at several retail locations in central and northeast Pennsylvania.
