A flavorful fish dish that's high in protein, low on calories

Serves: 4

Ingredients:                                                                                                      
• 1 Tbsp canola oil
• 2 limes, juiced
• 2 tsp chili powder
• ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
• 1 ¼ lb tilapia filets
• Cooking spray
• 4 corn tortillas, heated

 

Topping:
• ½ avocado, mashed
• ¼ cup greek yogurt, plain, fat free
• ½ cup salsa
• ¼ head purple cabbage, shredded

 

Instructions:
1. In a bowl whisk oil, lime, chili powder, and cilantro. 
2. Add the fish and marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
3. Remove fish from marinade. 
4. Spray large sauté pan with cooking spray, and sauté fish over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove fish from pan and flake with a fork.
6. In a small bowl combine avocado and yogurt. 
7. Divide the fish among 4 tortillas.  Top with 1 ½ tbsp. avocado mixture, salsa and cabbage.
