Hit the road with hobo packets

The solution: Prep hobo packets ahead of time, toss right on the fire and eat straight from the foil.
Here’s how this never-fail meal works.
Cut your favorite vegetables into bite-sized chunks. Do the same with your favorite protein. Toss everything with some olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and whatever spices you like. Make serving-sized packets using foil lined with parchment paper and seal tightly. Keep chilled until you’re ready to cook, then set the packets right on the coals. Dinner will be ready in about a half hour.
