  • 2 cups frozen berries (like blueberries, strawberries or raspberries)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 banana, frozen


  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
