Marc S. Williams, M.D. participates in 'Personalizing the Clinic' panel
Marc S. Williams, M.D., director of the Genomic Medicine Institute participated in a panel discussion, ‘Personalizing the Clinic,’ at the 13th annual Personalized Medicine Conference, which took place at the Harvard Medical School in Boston in November 2017.
Dr. Williams shared with the conference our experience with the MyCode Community Health Initiative from shortly before the creation of the biobank in 2007, to the 2014 agreement with Regeneron Genetics Center to sequence large numbers of participants for research purposes, to the clinical reporting of results, and on into the future.
Dr. Williams’ primary research interests are implementing genetics, genomics and family history into routine clinical care.
