Under the watchful care of his Geisinger team, including radiation oncologist Dr. Robert Rostock and neurologist Dr. Scott Turner, Bill underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Afterwards, he was fit with the cap-like Optune device he now wears 23 hours a day. The device emits an electromagnetic field to control the tumor’s growth.
