Are you having trouble using Clinical Apps to access Epic?

If you previously used GeisingerConnect to access Epic, log in with your ID (numeric ex: 123) and GeisingerConnect password.

If you use your universal ID (Ex: jssmith), you will be asked to enroll in PingID. To do this:

  • Call the Service Desk at 570-271-8092 to register your account recovery information.
  • Enroll in PingID.
  • Log in and authenticate with your universal ID (Ex: jssmith).

You’ll have to log in again to Citrix with the same ID and password.
