Leadership & mentoring
All fellows are partnered with primary preceptors who serve as mentors and advisors. Fellows are invited to participate in meetings with senior administrative leadership and the sponsoring and primary preceptors. These meetings often involve senior-level management from the platforms, institutes and executive leadership team.
