- Pennsylvania budget proposes $900K for Geisinger's Food Is Medicine program. Governor Shapiro's budget includes funding to expand the Fresh Food Farmacy model statewide, providing medically tailored meals to Medicaid patients with chronic health conditions.
- Geisinger expands pharmacy services to reach rural communities. As pharmacy closures create deserts across Pennsylvania, Geisinger is increasing home delivery and planning 5 new community pharmacy locations in areas of critical need.
