Good Neighbor: Meeting people where they live, learn and work

Health starts long before someone walks through our doors. That’s why we created Good Neighbor — our framework that focuses on prevention, community partnerships and the everyday factors that shape health.

Pillars of focus

Good Neighbor focuses on 6 areas to help people thrive:

  • Food first – fresh food prescriptions, pantries and nutrition education
  • Ready to work – workforce development and student training
  • Care in our communities – mobile clinics, EMS outreach and pop-up care
  • Stay healthy, stay you – screenings, chronic-condition education and prevention
  • Your mind matters – behavioral health support and stigma reduction
  • Social needs coordination – connecting people with community resources

This work is guided by our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), a process that takes place every 3 years to understand community needs and identify where we can make the biggest impact.
