Geisinger Women and Children's Institute combines clinical expertise, research and innovation to advance care for women, infants and children.
Bringing together specialists in maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, urogynecology and menopause, the institute delivers comprehensive women’s healthcare.
Anchored by Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital, the institute provides advanced pediatric care through a Level IV NICU, a Level I PICU and more than 30 pediatric subspecialties. Through a clinical affiliation with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, physicians benefit from expanded collaboration and access to advanced specialty services.
The institute advances maternal and pediatric health through NIH-funded research, quality improvement initiatives and the MyCode® Community Health Initiative, a research program with more than 370,000 participants. These resources allow physicians to help shape the future of healthcare for women and children.
