Geisinger text message terms and conditions

When you sign up for text messages from Geisinger, you are agreeing to receive text messages related to your relationship with Geisinger and entities that use Geisinger’s shared electronic health record. These messages may include updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management. 

Visit updates — 48293:

• Updates related to your visits

Billing notifications — 47382:

• Billing notifications

Pharmacy notifications — 47506:

• Prescription reminders

Care management notifications — 49709:

• Information related to your MyChart account
• A one-time passcode
• Other messages related to care management or your relationship with Geisinger

You can opt-out of text messages by texting STOP to the respective short code/phone number. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from that short code/phone number. You’ll no longer receive text messages from the short code opted out from. If you want to begin receiving text messages again, you can sign up using MyChart or text START to the short code.
