Making food access part of coordinated care plans better supports the overall health of our neighbors.
Neighborly
Neighborly connects you with local free or reduced-cost services. Use the app or website to find help with bills, food, housing and other resources.
REACH-HEI
REACH-HEI provides academic support and mentoring for low-income and first-generation college students across central and northeastern Pennsylvania.
Injury prevention
Geisinger offers community workshops and events to help neighbors stay safe. Topics include driver safety, gun-lock safety and “Stop the Bleed” training.
Community Resource Hub
Community members can visit the Bloomsburg Area YMCA to get connected to local resources such as food, transportation and other support services.
