Training calendar

Our registered nurses provide free health-related training to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), and to caregivers, service providers and county staff.

Our registered nurses and guest speakers offer free health training for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), family caregivers, direct support professionals and service providers, and county staff. The trainings are designed to be easy to understand, practical, and relevant to everyday care. All trainings are “click and join”—no registration required unless otherwise noted. You can also register in advance if you’d like the training to be added to your calendar. We provide virtual trainings tailored to your needs; just contact your regional nurse to discuss topics and scheduling for your county. If you want to suggest a training topic, email hcqu@geisinger.edu.
