Geisinger Triple Choice Formulary

Prescriptions are assigned to 1 of 3 tiers, each with a set copay. Additional medications may be covered under the Triple Choice benefit depending on your prescription rider.

Geisinger Traditional Formulary

Prescriptions have either a flat copay/coinsurance, 1 copay for generic or 1 copay for brand, or assigns them to 1 of 2 tiers. The copay amount is based on your prescription rider. Other medications may be covered under the Traditional benefit.

Geisinger High Performance Rx Formulary

Prescriptions are assigned to 1 of 3 tiers, each with a set copay based on your medication rider.

Geisinger 4th Tier

Prescriptions are assigned to 1 of 4 Tiers each with a set copay or coinsurance based on your prescription rider.  Additional medications may be covered under the 4th Tier benefit.

Aon Benefit Experience

Prescriptions are assigned to 1 of 3 tiers, each with a set copay dependent on the level and pharmacy. Details are defined in your employer's benefit materials.

Geisinger Employee Plan

Prescriptions are assigned to 1 of 4 Tiers each with a set copay or coinsurance dependent on the level and pharmacy.  Copay or coinsurance amount and Tiers are outlined in your employer’s benefit materials.

Pharmacy hours: Employer plans

Pharmacy hours for employer plans are:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
