Various online resources are available if you’re feeling stressed, anxious or depressed, such as a depression self-assessment, as well as tools to help you cope with stress, live with chronic conditions, improve sleep and more.

MyStrength is a digital tool in the Teladoc mobile app that supports your mental health. It offers access to resources based on your needs — including screenings, information on mental health conditions like anxiety and depression, and tools to help you manage stress and other life challenges like relationships, grief and work-life balance.

You can also get support through text messages and one-on-one video coaching sessions. And if needed, you can schedule virtual appointments with licensed mental health professionals.  

MyStrength is available to Geisinger Health Plan Commercial and Gold members, their spouses and any dependents who are 13 and older. Members can access MyStrength by downloading the Teladoc app or visiting the Teladoc website.

Our member-focused approach to health coaching services covers the spectrum of your healthcare needs. Programs are personalized and range from lifestyle coaching to managing your health.

Get help with your complex medical and social needs. We can be a resource in navigating the healthcare system and a link to community resources.

Medical help is available 24 hours, seven days a week by phone. Non-emergency medical advice is also available through our nurse chat line.
