PEBTF coverage for allergy serum moves from pharmacy to medical benefit Jan. 1

Starting Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, allergy serum will be covered under a PEBTF member’s medical plan. For Geisinger Custom HMO members, providers will no longer need to submit an Allergenic Extract Claim Form to CVS Caremark. PEBTF affected members were made aware of this change during the enrollment process.
