How do I update my payment information?

Call the Geisinger Pharmacy team at 844-878-5562 to update your payment information.

If you have a prescription refill, you can add or update your credit card information during the refill process.
How do I change my phone number, email and other information?

If your Geisinger Pharmacy location has switched to MyGeisinger, you can update your phone, email and information such as marital status, preferred language and emergency contact information.

To do this in MyGeisinger or the MyChart mobile app, select “Menu” and then, “Contact & Profile Information.”

How do I know which of my medications can be filled via Geisinger Mail-Order Pharmacy?

Maintenance medications, as well as a variety of other medications, can be filled via mail-order for Geisinger Health Plan members. To switch one of your prescriptions to mail-order delivery, select Mail-Order Pharmacy when you refill it online.
