Community health needs assessment
Every 3 years, Geisinger conducts a community health needs assessment (CHNA) to understand the most pressing health needs across the communities we serve. By listening to our neighbors, partnering with local organizations and analyzing community data, we identify shared priorities and take action to advance health and well-being, make care easier and build stronger communities for all.
