Cooking Corner: Portobello Mushroom Caps

Makes 2 servings.
Instructions:
1. Use a spoon to gently scrape the gills from 2 large mushroom caps.
2. Mix the following ingredients together and divide between caps:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1½ teaspoons minced garlic or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
3. Top this mixture with sharp cheddar or your favorite cheese.
4. Grill or place mushrooms in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until tender.
5. Combine 2 tablespoons mayo with the remaining oil vinegar mixture and use as a sauce.
