Dietitian Amanda Otruba’s Fruit and Yogurt Parfait contains probiotics and protein, antioxidant-rich berries and high-fiber granola.

Serves 4


        2 cups low-fat or fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
        1 cup chopped strawberries
        1 cup blueberries
        1 cup granola (store bought or homemade)


  1. Layer 1/2 cup Greek yogurt into bottom of two dishes. Combine strawberries and blueberries. Add 1/2 cup berries on top of yogurt, followed by 1/4 cup granola. Repeat layers again: yogurt, berries, granola. 
  2. Serve immediately to keep granola crunchy.
