Community Health Needs Assessment Summit to be held January 12

LEWISTOWN, Pa. – Geisinger will host its Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Summit on Friday, Jan. 12, from 8 to 11 a.m. at The Compass Center, 31 South Dorcas Street, Lewistown. The summit will include presentations on research findings from the CHNA, the impact and challenges of health needs in our community and how we can increase collaboration to address community health needs.
The summit is free to attend and is intended for community organizations, community leaders, health care providers, social service workers and community members. Participation and input from the community will help guide regional community health improvement planning and identify opportunities for local collaboration.
